We were picked up on time and driven out to Bourbon country in a very nice SUV. Max shared lots of history and facts about the region, pointed out landmarks, and found us great spots for photos. We had a group of a dozen college buddies, and we've gathered in Louisville before, but Max introduced us to a new distillery and proved to be a fun and helpful guide. We had a great afternoon at Whiskey Thief Distillery before hitting Buffalo Trace. The latter is well known but the former was the highlight of the weekend. Max gave us some tips that enhanced the rest of our weekend as well. Great service, new and well maintained vehicle, and deep knowledge of the area. Highly recommended.
